The Pharmaceutical Reporting Framework is an enterprise reporting application that enables you to easily create reports for an individual project such as an integrated program plan or clinical study, as well as multi-project, portfolio level reports.
The Pharmaceutical Reporting Framework application includes the following package of reports:
Detailed Schedule Governance Report
This report allows you to find variances by comparing the current published version of your schedule with the version of the schedule which was last approved by management. The tabular portion of this report includes the key reporting milestones as well as the quantitative and qualitative assumptions for your project.
Graphical Timeline Governance Report
Used for a single project such as an integrated program plan or a clinical study, this report provides a graphical representation of the key reporting milestones of a project’s current published timeline with the last approved version.
Schedule History Summary Report
For a single project such as an integrated program plan or a clinical study, this report provides an historical view of all date changes for key project milestones, including the current published dates as well as any actual dates.
This provides an historical perspective of how key schedule milestones have evolved since the project’s inception.
Schedule History Assumptions Report
This report, a companion report to the Schedule History Summary Report, includes the high-level milestones and underlying assumptions associated with each approved schedule.
Graphical Portfolio Report
This report provides a graphical representation of the key reporting milestones of a project’s current published timeline compared to the last approved version, with each project displaying in its own swim lane.
Detailed Portfolio Report
The Detailed Portfolio Report provides a tabular representation of the key reporting milestones of a project’s current published timeline compared to the last approved version.
Reports can be dynamically configured as both enterprise reports and/or personal reports.
You can select the tasks/milestones to include in a report, as well as the appropriate filtering criteria for a report.
Reports can be rendered on screen, or automatically exported to a SharePoint report library.
