The Earned Value Widgets Widgets provide powerful insight into project cost and schedule performance.

Earned Value Widgets make analyzing project performance fast and easy. Users can build a SharePoint dashboard that unleashes the power of Earned Value Analysis - all in easy to use, familiar tools.

With Earned Value Widgets, web pages update dynamically based on the selected element of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Key aspects include:
  • "Master" Web Part displays each WBS element along with status indicators
  • Time-phased graphical display of Planed Value (BCWS), Earned Value (BCWP), and Actual Costs (ACWP) at the selected WBS
  • Costs and Schedule issues filtered based on the selected WBS
  • WBS Description web part provides documentation for the specified WBS element
  • Email Alerts. Users get notified when status changes
  • Fully integrated with Project Server Data Analysis
  • Built upon SharePoint "Connected" web part infrastructure


When a user selects a WBS element, the SharePoint page updates to show time-phased graphical data. Also shown are associated issues and other descriptive data. The result - powerful, dynamic Project or Program Dashboards
