Project Details Portal

Overview

The Project Details Portal offers a user-friendly interface that enables the capture of critical project information such as:

 
• Project Metadata
• Key Contacts
• Assumptions
• Schedule Issues/Concerns
• Risks
• Project Status


The Project Details Portal stores the information in a central repository that is integrated with the Project Online or Project Server environment. The application has the capability to synchronize specified metadata with the equivalent Enterprise Project fields.
The Project Details Portal is integrated with Project Widgets’ SnapIt! application so that the Project Details information can be included in snapshots and reports. Reports can be configured to include current Project Details information, as well as the Project Details information contained within snapshots.

The Project Details Portal information can be included in SnapIt! snapshots, enabling you to easily see how project data has changed over the life of the project.
